My story

As a former contestant on the TV show Bake Off Italia, I have always had a great passion for cooking and baking, cultivated since childhood thanks to the teachings of my grandmother and aunt.

I have specialized in the production of handmade pasta since 2016, perfecting traditional techniques and working daily with high-quality raw materials.

I worked in a well-known pasta shop in Como, which I had the opportunity to lead for about 4 years. This experience allowed me to deepen every aspect of the art of fresh pasta, from the preparation of doughs to the creation of typical regional shapes.

For over 8 years, I have been sharing this experience through hands-on and engaging courses, designed for anyone who wants to approach real Italian cooking in an authentic and fun way.

In 2025, I founded PastaClass.it to enhance my partnerships with hospitality and restaurant professionals in Como and to unify our experiences under a single brand.
