We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including events beyond our reasonable control.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Requests to change the date or the number of participants must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience may not be eligible for a refund.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show and treated as a cancellation without refund.
