Learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and receive the recipes in digital format, so you can easily recreate the experience at home and surprise friends and family with authentic Italian flavors.

How the class works
The cooking class includes the preparation of two types of handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli. Variations with pasta + risotto, or pasta + gnocchi are also available.
Classes are limited to 2 to 4 participants, so you will cook only with your group or with just a few other people.
1 - Welcome and introduction
Get to know your chef and discover the dishes you are going to create.
2 - Creating the dough
Work the ingredients to create the perfect base under the guidance of the chef.
3 - Preparing sauces and filling
Prepare the filling for the pasta and traditional Italian sauces.
4 - Rolling and shaping the pasta
Make two traditional pasta shapes. Learn the secrets of rolling out the dough and the techniques for shaping and sealing stuffed pasta from the chef.
5 - Final tasting
Enjoy lunch or dinner together with the other participants, tasting the dishes prepared earlier along with other local products.

Booking, modification, and cancellation
Payment of half the price is required to secure the booking. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the experience.
Requests to change the date or the number of participants must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
A delay of more than 30 minutes from the start time is considered a cancellation without notice.
Free cancellation within 24 hours of the start time with a full refund.
